Update: Tom Santor, Executive Director of Public Relations for Donatos, is great at his job. In fact, he’s so great that he listens to everything anyone is saying about Donatos, which is why he found my video reviewing the restaurant’s mobile website. He then informed me that the local Donatos that delivers to me suddenly and unexpectedly closed down April 6, and they shut down all connections to the mobile website that specific store offered. This explains why I couldn’t get my lunch delivered, the store was no longer in existence.
